03. Prepare a return courier package for completed loan package
04. Review individual pages for completeness
05. Bookmark pages to be notarized
06. Ensure that the Right to Cancel documents have correct dates, if applicable
07. Arrive on time at the borrower's location
08. Give the borrower their set of loan documents
09. Witness the signing of the loan documents on the other set
10. Keep the loan documents in order during the signing process
11. Notarize documents as required
12. Obtain copy of ID as required or anything else such as a cashiers check to ship with docs
13. Double check all docs to ensure that they are signed, dated or initialed properly with borrower
14. Maintain absolute, complete confidentially in respect to the borrower's personal information
15. Double check all docs prior to shipping to ensure that they are in correct order and complete
16. Ship the courier package back to the designated agency

We will also communicate at critical stages with you on the loan closing process. When we have confirmed an appointment and when we have shipped the loan documents back. We will always provide you with a tracking number so that you can trace the shipment as needed. We are professional Notaries working as independent contractors who will maintain a neutral status in regards to the content of the loan package. We strive to make the borrowers feel comfortable and will encourage them to contact the loan officer directly should they have any questions regarding the loan documents. All of our Notaries have undergone a background screening and are Certified by the National Notary Association.

An invoice for Notary Signing Agent services will be emailed, faxed or mailed to you for payment along with our tax form W-9. Travel time (included in fee) may take 5 minutes to 1 hour depending on the location of the borrower. Most loan signings take 45 minutes to 3 hours depending on the type of loan package, volume of documents and number of signers. The more the borrower is familiar with the loan documents the less time it takes to do the closing.

We will NOT: comment on the loan documents with the borrower, give advice or any in other way act as an employee or agent of the loan company, title company or escrow office.
